The Mixologists

Nothing like a Sunday afternoon on a long weekend with a few special drinks and good friends!

Step into the vibrant world of mixology where you can experience the fusion of flavours, colours and spirits by our premier beverage producers.  Taste the latest cocktail pairings, learn all about the best garnishes and visit our non-alcoholic drink producers who put just as much thought and care into their flavour combinations.

Meet our powerhouse mixology producers who will be happy to share some tips and tricks as to the best way to enjoy their beverages and garnishes:

Juno Gin - The Juno Gin enterprise is the creation of entrepreneurial couple, Jo and Dave James.  They would love to share their range with you and how they choose the mixers to pair with their special gins.

LWF Rum - Janet has a great range of cocktail recipes (about 16!) and is sure to have a few cocktails on hand to taste as well as showcasing her spiced rum range, perfect for warming up this winter!

Fenton Street Distillery - producing a range of gin, vodka and now whisky, there's plenty to chat about when it comes to the perfect way to enjoy these popular spirits.

Planta - producing a sparkling tea beverage made from a special leaf in the South American Rain Forest, Planta is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.  Taste their three flavours Lime and Kawakawa, Blood Orange and Hibiscus and Passionfruit and Nectarine.

The Fine Lime Company - recently trademarking their limes as ‘Cannonball Limes’ for their sheer size and volume of juice extracted, Andrea and Gerard have also created lime and chilli products to add zing and zest to any drink.

IncaFe Organic Coffee Roasters - happy to provide you with a taste of their locally roasted organic coffee to help cleanse your palate and give you a boost of antioxidants and energy between drinks.

Magic T - a family owned business that produces a range of loose leaf teas made from herbs and spices traditionally grown by farmers in Iran, Turkey and India.  Find out the best flavour for the occasion and also how to create a beautiful ritual when brewing tea either for yourself or guests.

F n Lemons - a familiar brand accompanying your favourite drink, producing dehydrated cocktail garnishes and newly added edible flowers grown at home in Taranaki.  These garnish gurus will be happy to let you in on their garnish tips not only for drinks, but also sweet treats.
